Detox: A Doctor-Free Life
I am having tea and spending quality time with my wife on a lovely Sunday morning at my place. My eyes abruptly shifted to the corner of the room, where I noticed the dust coating. I pointed out that even though we wash the room frequently with water, detergents, and clothes, dust still gets in. And despite festivals, and holidays like Diwali and summer vacations, we clean routinely throughout the year, not just once or twice a week. Even when we clean the house first thing in the morning, we still encounter bugs, cockroaches, spider webs, and other creatures.
The thought process immediately began to flow; in the same way, our bodies are among nature’s most beautiful and priceless creations, made by the all-powerful GOD. Remember to see yourself eating from sunrise to sunset, even when it is midnight at night. We eat various food (plant, animal, and marine; vegetarian, non-vegetarian) that include carbohydrates, proteins, and fats with varying flavors. Foods with varying PH levels can be acidic, alkaline, or neutral, and they can have a variety of tastes, including sour, salty, sweet, bitter, and spicy, as well as solid, liquid, or semisolid forms. We are consuming tea, coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages in addition to our meals. Among these are chewing tobacco, betel nuts, cigarettes, vaping, and chukka. Eating various chemical products, such as packaged and processed foods, polluted and adulterated food, fertilizer, etc., From the moment of our birth until our final voyage (Ram Nam satya hai), we take food every day, year after year.
An apple keeps the doctor away is a famous quote known since school. Now the days go to follow the above quote as an apple we are eating is adulterated. In this era of modernization and sedentary lifestyle, the quote we follow is “ Detoxification of body keeps the doctor away.
Modern lifestyle
When was the last time you detoxify your body, which includes priceless organs like the kidney, heart, liver, brain, pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, eyes, skeletal system, skin, and so on? All of these organs get involved in the process of food digestion and excretion (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) as soon as you eat anything at any time during your lifetime. The organs in our bodies are overworked.
The average individual tests 10 to 15 items a day on average, but more significantly, we are fascinated by the modern food style of today, which includes packaged, processed, and fast food items as well as other meals that are integral to the modernization of society. The modern lifestyle hurts the body’s organs’ overall degradation as well as their functioning, consistency, quality, and overall quality. Oh my God, and perhaps most importantly, living a sedentary lifestyle would not only fail to stimulate the organs of the body but also contribute to their progressive decline in function.
Face-lifting
Even though we don’t have a thinking process, we do not consider how to maintain or detox ourselves. We take great care to maintain our clothes, watches, cars, bikes, and other technology, as well as our appearance through the use of makeup. We use expensive shampoos, lotions, gels, fragrances, hair colors, dyes, lipsticks, deodorants, and other cosmetics because we are extremely conscious about our appearance but not our inner beauty. I have a question: have you ever considered washing your body? Without a doubt, we are using pricey shampoos and soaps to clean our bodies, which the models constantly promote as standard procedures. We are using expensive cleaning supplies on the market to clean our two-wheel and four-wheel, mobile, homes. Indeed, we uphold the same criteria for our apparel that apply to the many brands that are sold in the marketplace. Since humans are among the clever creatures that God created, we should all be glad to be human, but sadly, we are inadvertently adapting to undesirable Western culture.
Sadly, we no longer adhere to the most beneficial and well-known ancient culture in the universe—ayurveda—instead we adopt a Western/modern culture that is unsuitable for our geographical and environmental conditions.
Health ignorance pays the cost
Even though we are aware that without maintenance or upgrades, any machine—whether it be a TV, computer, bike, car, or mobile device—will not function correctly, smoothly, or consistently in the real world. Unexpectedly, we are not treating life with any significance, even though we work day and night for our bread and butter. The moral of the narrative is to value the bread and butter we eat rather than the organs that are crucial to their digestion and elimination. Have you ever considered how crucial internal organ hygiene and upkeep are to their efficient and regular functioning? Assume you have not performed routine medical care, and one day your body or a certain organ decides to stop functioning is known as DEATH (the coronavirus epidemic affected the entire planet).
Imagine that a lack of maintenance, ignorance, and overuse of a bodily organ results in an interference with its normal functioning, which is referred to as a sickness or ailment. Severe lifestyle disorders or illnesses are brought on by it, including acidity, rheumatoid arthritis, liver cirrhosis, fatty liver, kidney stone, kidney failure, infertility, aging, depression, and conditions like asthma, COPD, diabetes, cancer, psoriasis, stroke, eczema, acne, migraines, and so on.
The organs of the body work around the clock, 365 days a year, to absorb, distribute, metabolize, and excrete food. They needed to relax and get some rest. Our bodies need to be regularly maintained and detoxified.
The body has a natural detoxification process that is regulated by the biological clock, but we have interfered with this process. The organs of the body are not being detoxified by our sedentary lifestyle. If your time for health is limited, you have no time for health.
Have you done free body maintenance?
I just had a quick question: can you recall a time when you sweated as a result of exercising out, running, yoga, pranayama, sports, or any other physical activity? Most likely, the answer is no. Do you recall allowing your body to rest by going without meals for an entire day or by fasting occasionally? Do you recall stopping or cutting off processed and packaged foods, soft drinks, and fast food from your diet? Remember going to bed early around nine o’clock and waking up between three and five in the morning, or Braham muhurta? Do you recall ever using in your diet certain fruits and vegetables that are in season?
There are five main causes for the serious issues we are facing:
- We are interfering with the biological clock
- We do not adhere to the traditions of previous generations.
- We have consistently utilized packaged and processed meals.
- The face-lifting is the only thing that fascinates us; internal organ maintenance or simulation is not.
- Not using exercise, yoga, meditation, or running as a habit to force the body to stimulate the organs.
Currently, the most important thing to do to combat the illness is to cleanse and detoxify the body.

To summarize this blog, An apple keeps the doctor away is a famous quote known since school. Now the days go to follow the above quote as an apple we are eating is adulterated. In this era of modernization and sedentary lifestyle, the quote we must follow is “ Detoxification of body keeps the doctor away. Body detoxification is a chance for you to give your body a break and let your body’s natural healing process take over and stimulate organs’ functional ability. Modify your routine to revitalize and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Keep our bodies clean on the inside as well as the outside, just as we would our God’s temple.
